(Bob) Calabrese has been named Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Sales.
He will assume responsibility for business development, partner and client
relations and internal operations. Bob joins a high powered management team that
will build CerkiTek into a highly viable, world-class software and services firm
providing high value results to the small and mid-sized business marketplace.

Calabrese has a proven track record of success with pioneering startup companies.
Prior to joining CerkiTek, he held positions with GE Power Systems, IBM, Citigroup,
Xerox and SVG Lithography Systems. Bob has broad experience in the Information
Technology arena - from multinational consumer and industrial Fortune 100 firms to
small, innovative, Internet startup organizations. He has functioned in a variety
of capacities - Technology Consultant, Director of IT, VP of Sales, VP of Operations
and Chief Operating Officer in areas spanning software development,
telecommunication services, technology deployment and utilization to business
process re-engineering. Bob has controlled multimillion dollar budgets and managed
geographically dispersed teams up to 50 people. He has also worked closely with
world-class audit and consulting firms, completed projects critical to the success
of organizations in transition like divestiture and leveraged buyout and
outsourcing.

He received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his
MS degree from the Graduate Management Institute of Union College. He served over
two years as a US Army Corps of Engineers officer on special assignment to the
Deputy Chief of Staff in Washington DC.
